Welcome to the home page of Luke Dampier Racing. This website is dedicated to following Luke’s sailing career as he works towards the 2013 Mini Transat on his Pogo 2 Crean. You can follow Luke through regular blog and Twitter updates as he prepares his boat, looks for sponsorship and begins his training and racing season in 2012.
Luke is young British off-shore sailor who at the age of 20 had already completed his first circumnavigation with the Clipper Round the World Race.
Luke’s next ambition is to tackle the Mini class, initially getting to grips with and learning about Crean, and ultimately entering official Classe 6.50 events and working towards the 2013 Mini Transat.
